We have all heard the stories… someone new to a particular MLM company enrolls 60-80, even a 100 new reps in a matter of 6 months and is suddenly the superstar within the company.

Is this even for real?

Once in a great while you will see this happen… some incredibly blessed person that is just perfectly matched for MLM, can seemingly like magic, just attract others to their business on a daily basis. This is a VERY unique individual!

Most that can accomplish this have one or two very important keys factors in their favor.

First they very well could just be ”rolling over” people from a previous team that for whatever reason wants to follow him into his new venture.

More likely, this superstar simply invested the time to create an automated system that generates massive amounts of qualified leads. The point is with both ways their opportunity is working with the law of huge numbers on it’s side.

The more common approaches to building a Network Marketing business just do not ever allow for this much exposure.

The ”old School” way of talking to the people in your center of influence can be a decent starting place for some but it’s long term success is very rare. Most of the time their prospects are skeptical and you soon find yourself not getting invited back to dinner.

Sure, you can go online and find all sorts of other methods. Opt-in leads, realtime leads, mlm leads you name it. This can work to a certain degree but get out your wallet… it’s going to cost a bundle and will your downline fork out their hard earned money to chase after this? Not likely.

No, the answer is to do what the six and seven figure income earners do today to make money online… create your own leads through an online lead system that you own or are at least in complete control of. The type of system I refer to is sometimes called a ”funnel” system or ”funded proposal”.

The concept goes like this… you have a system where your prospects get training and access to techniques and tools that will benefit them as they ”flow” through this funnel. This will help them in their current business or one in the future and save them time and money.

This provides value to them (if done right) and if they would like to take advantage of some of the tools, training etc that you have exposed them to, then you make a small commission on what they need to set-up their own system. If your ”funnel” system provides enough value and the training is professional then you will have plenty of people coming through that will possibly even want to take a look at your primary business to see what you are up to. If your primary business is attractive to them they will at least look.

Soon you are then leveraging the power of the net! Once up and running your primary business is getting huge exposure, up to 60 even 100 looks per day and you are providing a service to others while enjoying many different income streams.

That is how Mlm success is done on the Internet today!

There are systems you may have seen on the Internet that will save you a ton of time and money and unless you are very tech savvy, this option is the way to go.

Over the last 6 or 7 years I have literally spent thousands using, tweaking, and investigating the different systems out there. What I can tell you is, as you do your research make sure that any system you are considering has some basic elements that will insure your success.

First off it must be completely customizable to you and to each of your team members as well. You must be able to use your own email auto-responder within the program so that you own the data-base and you know that no one else is marketing to your prospects behind your back… believe me it happens.

It should also take a relatively short time to set-up, 2-3 days for most and be affordable. If it comes to you in a huge book, be leery, it most likely doesn’t have online video training or much of a support system in place. Tracking tools are also a must as you have to know what is effective and working.

Once you have these key factors and your system is in place, you will generate your own exclusive leads, your recruiting results will skyrocket and your team will grow exponentially. It’s an absolute fact that organizations with a proven system like this in place will experience much faster growth and a much higher retention rate.

So now the question is… Do you want the fast track or the slow track?
